This salmon kit contains everything you need to create three cured flavours. The kit contains curing salts for you to make Smoky, Gin and Beetroot cured salmon.
By following our simple instructions included in each kit you will make delicious cure Salmon in three days. Rub one of the cures into your salmon. Put in the fridge for two days. Then wash off the cure and place back in the fridge for one day. Then you can sit back and soak up the glory that you made it yourself – you are your own producer.
